About AiPCFix

AiPCFix is being designed to be able to optimize, clean, fix errors, and protect your PC. While AiPCFix is already functional and able to be used, it is currently under development and we do not have an official release out yet. AiPCFix was created out of the desire to find a powerful computer optimization and repair program. Although there are plenty of other programs out there for optimizing and repairing computers, none of them worked to our satisfaction. Most of them that we have found either don't do much except "clean" a computer, or are just snake oil trying to get users to purchase something that doesn't work. We decided to create a tool that is powerful enough to significantly improve computer performance and smart enough to repair errors on a computer.

As computer technicians, our goal is to combine our knowledge on repairing computers with machine learning/AI technology to create a tool that is useful to computers users from beginner to expert.

After noticing that many antivirus programs do not live up to their claims and usually slow down computers, we decided to incorporate antivirus functionality into AiPCFix. We created our own malware detection and removal algorithm and combined it with a lightning-fast database of malware definitions. During testing, we have found that AiPCFix is able to detect and remove pieces of malware that other antivirus programs cannot. Right now, AiPCFix only runs when opened and told to scan for malware. However, we may eventually build a real-time scanning engine into AiPCFix.
